Building a Home Temperature Sensor Network

I've just finished setting up a 1-wire temperature sensor network in our house. You can see the resulting temperature charts here. It utilizes a couple of great open source packages: OWFS 1-Wire File System and RRDTool.

Interesting read.I've been wanting to start automating my house for years but I have not et started any projects.I've browsed a few sites that sell automation and security hardware,and I've read a few articles.I hope to start small very soon now.
